This video was filmed at one of the Megalithic Tombs of Carrowkeel by Michael Conneely to invite you to the most wonderful and powerful Danu Great Goddess Healing Retreats. It’s held in White Hall, Keash, in the West of Ireland from 23rd to 25th August 2019. Claire Louise Knifton the organiser can help you with low cost nearby local accommodation if that’s needed. Michael leads a vision journey to meet Danu the Great Goddess of the Tuatha de Danaan, as part of this retreat: it’s held in the Megalithic Tomb featured in this Video, and in it, we meet the vibrant powerful good mother power of Danu, and we heal any wounds to Mothering.
Danu is the ancient Goddess of the land and water, the mother goddess of the Tuatha De Danaan amongst other gifts she blesses us with love, abundance and prosperity, in this non-residential retreat we create the possibility of allowing more flow of these qualities into our lives and therefore open to offering to others too.
During this weekend of community, adventure and receiving through ritual, movement, gentle healing work, art and more, we work with our ancestral lineage inviting healing for any entanglements effecting us now, clearing blocks to receiving, take a sacred guided tour to the megalithic site of Carrowkeel to meet the great Goddess Danu, relaxing after with a beautiful Soundbath followed by a ritual of gratitude at our local holy well and movement, dance and constellations.
On Sunday morning we take a silent mindful walk to Keash caves for personal contemplation and recalibration of our life’s journey creating a unique and personal totem of Danu through connection to this sacred landscape.
