This post tells how doing Rune Stance and Rune Chant (or Galdr) can greatly increase your connection to the meaning of a Rune, and can greatly increase your growth in power and healing around the life area that that Rune represents.

In this video we hear about the use of Rune Stance and Rune Chant (Galdr) to deepen our connection with the Runes. The runes are the alphabet of the ancient Norse and the Germanic peoples of northern Europe. Each Rune is not only a letter of the alphabet. It is also a Gateway to knowledge and insight about our life. Each Rune tells us something about a special area of our life. And each Rune can be used to tell us about how we are doing in that area of life: doing well, or doing badly!

On my runes course, I teach the meaning of each rune, worldwide, using a presentation and a journey. But I also teach a deeper connection to each rune, to greatly enhanced our connection, by also practising Rune Stance and Galdr (rune chant). It is in this very real, deep, body and mind connection, that deep individual lessons are seen.
We use each rune as a Gateway. You then email me how you got on with your work in each rune: the journey, the Rune Stance and Galdr.
You can notice especially the ways you are holding your body when you do the rune stance and Galdr, what your issues are and where you could usefully benefit by doing healing work, empowerment, magical will work, or by doing Past Life work for example to discover vows you might have made around the life area of that rune, or crucial experiences that are setting up major scripts for this life.
